Verify who treats you
Look for the identity of the medical provider network, state availability, intake process, follow-up arrangements, and how prescriptions are reviewed. A page that offers an instant ‘approval’ before assessment is a reason to ask questions.
Make sure clinical questions are collected by the actual care provider using its secure systems. Fuhup does not collect medical records, run examinations, or approve medication.
Understand medication status
FDA-approved medications and compounded products are not the same regulatory category. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved, and rules around their availability may change. Ask the provider exactly which product, formulation, pharmacy and oversight model are involved.
Read the ongoing cost
Check whether the displayed price includes the consultation, membership, medication, laboratory work, delivery and follow-up. A low introductory number may differ from the monthly cost after it ends.
