Ingredient form and amount

Whether you are evaluating vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3, protein or fiber, start with the ingredient form, quantity per serving and serving count. These are more useful than the size of the label design.

What the label cannot tell you

Labels do not prove a product is suited to your individual health needs. They also do not prove that a supplement can treat a medical condition. Evaluate any claimed benefit critically and ask for credible support.

This catalog is an educational preview. Individual products, final formulas, prices, and availability must be confirmed by customer service; do not interpret a category page as a medical recommendation.
